Creative Ireland Programme – Carlow is a full participant in the national Creative Ireland initiative, embedding culture and creativity into community life. The Council manages the local Creative Ireland Carlow programme, including grant schemes and events such as Cruinniú na nÓg, Ireland’s national day of creativity for children and young people.
Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Creative Partnerships – Through LEO Carlow, the Council collaborates with national and international partners to elevate creative industries, offering training, showcases, and funding opportunities.
