From Idea to Funding – CUBE Open Lab for Artists & Creators

How does an idea evolve into a funded artistic project? What steps are needed to transform inspiration into a proposal with real development and international potential?

On 17 March 2026, CUBE will host the open Lab “From Idea to Funding” in Thessaloniki, organised within the framework of the European project Craftwork4.0All. The event is designed as an interactive space where artists and cultural professionals can explore practical approaches to developing and financing their creative ideas.

Taking place at WEHub, the Lab will focus on funding opportunities, international mobility and the development of artistic projects.

The Lab brings together visual artists, performing artists, musicians, designers, curators, interdisciplinary creators and cultural managers, regardless of their previous experience with funding applications.

By opening this collaborative working environment, CUBE aims to support creative professionals in turning ideas into structured projects with international perspectives, while fostering exchange, learning and experimentation within the cultural and creative sectors.
