Jana Safronova

I am a textile artist working with hand weaving and jewelry made from found objects. My practice is inspired by nature and modernist architecture, exploring the beauty of simple forms, textures, and minimalism. I have been working with hand weaving since 2019, creating abstract textile pieces that explore texture, rhythm, and minimal forms. In 2025, I expanded my practice to include jewelry made from found objects, such as sea-worn materials and fragments of tiles from old buildings. While weaving remains an important part of my practice, I am now mainly focused on creating jewelry. I enjoy giving discarded materials a new life through simple, clean compositions that highlight their natural beauty and history.
