I am an artist and art therapist. I studied in Portugal, where I’ve been living for over 20 years, and have been walking my creative path for around ten.
For me, art is a way of knowing myself — a delicate and powerful instrument of inner unfolding. Every piece I create is something I live through. I immerse myself in images, archetypes, symbols, and meanings. This process transforms me, and I come out of it renewed.
I practice intuitive painting and enjoy mixing different techniques — following the energy of the moment. Each artwork is truly unique, because I never know at the beginning what will emerge in the end.
I have some experience with linocut, azulejo ceramic work, and painting on wood. But my true love is intuitive artwork — painting, working with paper, collage, and creating art objects from recycled materials, especially used cardboard.
As a child, I think I always wanted to do this. So after spending part of my life away from creativity, I finally found my way back to myself through art.

At its core is the rune Kenaz — a symbol of powerful energy, transformation, creativity, enthusiasm, and potential. It embodies the unveiling of truth, the unfolding of the self, the realization of intentions, unstoppable momentum, clarity in challenges, and the successful flow of life and work.
